I found AVmounts through PriceGrabber, while shopping for an audio-video stand to house all of my home theater equipment. They had the same stand I was looking for a lower price, along with free shipping, and I went for it. The site was easy to navigate, every option explained in great detail and reps were very helpful. Since the item was too big to be shipped via UPS, it had to be delivered via trucking company. Consequently, tracking the delivery date and making sure someone is home may have been difficult. Not to worry! Customer service representative e-mailed me when the stand shipped, saying that the trucking company was going to call to schedule a delivery. This is exactly what happened--very promptly, I might add.

The item arrived in an impeccable packaging but--to my great surprise--one of the pieces had a couple of scratches on it, more like a manufacturing defect rather than anything that seller or shipper did. I called AVMounts, explained what happened and a very pleasant gentleman named Gary said that I ..bought a very fine piece fo furniture and should not settle for anything less than perfect. He promised to get in touch with a manufacturer after the weekend and straighten things out. A few days later, the same trucking company brought a replacement part to my house.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the courteous and prompt service and would recommend AVMounts to anyone without any reservations. Thank you guys!
