Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically for orders shipping to the 48 contiguous US States. Charges for all other destinations must be manually obtained. Please call or email customer service with your product ID and your zip code and we will be happy to quote you shipping costs. Additionally, some locations may be subject to remote or rural surcharges by the carriers. We will notify you prior to processing your order if these charges will be applicable for your address. We are not responsible for any misquotes automatically generated by the Yahoo Store checkout. Also, not all products can be shipped outside these 48 US States.
Effective immediately there will be a surcharge on all Canadian orders of $15. This is above and beyond the stated shipping charges.
Merchandise Returns
There is a 30 day money back guarantee on most products.
All returns must be coordinated with Customer Service. A Request for RGA form must be obtained prior to sending products back. This will ensure the proper and prompt credit for your merchandise.
Product must be received back in new and unused condition in its original packaging and complete with all hardware, manuals and warranty cards where appropriate.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, products returned incomplete or without prior authorization will receive no credit. Products which have been used, assembled or installed are NOT returnable.
This site is intended for typical consumer purchases and is not intended to be a wholesale source for products. Please contact us directly for pricing and shipping costs on larger quantity orders.
